We want our campers to learn to love and respect nature. Ecological responsibility compels us to try and be a green sleep away camp. We are 100% solar powered and offer to teach our campers how to be self sustaining. We are growing more fruits and vegetables each year teaching farm to table. We feed our crops with our own organic compost and collected rainwater. Many of our art projects and challenges incorporate recycling or art made from nature. The biggest green project for our adventure camp right now is the construction of our own mini Earthship which the campers are part of every step. Our New York summer camp is really trying to make a difference and teach the next generation a better way of life if they want to learn it.
On camp you can see: American Bald Eagles, Moose, Deer, Bobcats, Loons, Muskrats, Geese, Otters, Hawks, Coyotes, Beavers, Blue Herons and Wild Turkeys.
