At our adventure camp you will discover the spirit of exploration. The majestic high peaks of the
Adirondacks are at the heart of our wilderness adventurer program; a haven for outdoor
recreation with our nation's largest trail system.  Adventure campers will find themselves
immersed in nature and embark on adventures such as climbing mountains, following trails to
secluded waterfalls, learning to pitch a tent, building a fire, cooking their own dinners and
s'mores, and camp out under the stars.
With the close guidance of our remarkable adventure camp staff, campers hone their survival
skills by learning first aid, animal tracking, geology, and orienteering.  Our overnight camp-outs
often begin with canoeing to other shores and always include a traditional cookout, camp fire
and s'mores.  Before turning in, the night sky unveils stars so bright and an unpolluted sky so
clear, it seems billions of twinkling lights could be plucked right out of the sky.
